A2: Yes, we can arrange various styles of ceremonies such as Christian weddings, Japanese-style (civil ceremony), and blessing ceremonies.
A3: Most of the communication is conducted via online meetings or email.
A4: Yes, we provide a variety of options, including private transfers, fireworks displays, special performances, live music, and traditional Okinawan folk music.
A5: A deposit is required within 10 days of booking. The planning details must be finalized 45 days prior to the wedding, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by then. Payment can be made via international bank transfer or credit card (a 3.9% processing fee applies for credit card payments).
A6: Most countries have a visa exemption for short stays in Japan. Please check Japan’s official immigration website or your local embassy for the latest information. We can provide guidance if necessary.
A7: In case of rain or strong winds, we offer alternative indoor venues or adjust the schedule to ensure the best experience. Our team will prepare backup plans in advance.
A8: Yes, we can arrange customized menus, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or halal meals, upon request.
